When mental health symptoms stay high for too long, they touch every part of your life.

Mental health challenges rarely stay contained to one area. When anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood instability goes undertreated, it shows up in your relationships, your work, your sleep, and your sense of self.

You've tried therapy — and it helped, but not enough. - Medication management may address what therapy alone can't reach.

Your symptoms are affecting your ability to function daily. - At work, in relationships, or in your own sense of self — the impact is real.

You feel like something is off — but you're not sure where to start. - That's exactly what the first appointment is designed to figure out — together.

If you have tried therapy and other interventions but are still having difficulties, decide today to reach out and see if medication management is right for you.

A quiet place to begin again.

Something can change.

You don't have to push through alone.

Relief is possible.

Rest that actually restores.

Psychiatric care that starts with your story — not just your symptoms.

A calling born from community.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Philadelphia after my family immigrated as refugees, I understand what it means to carry experiences that aren't always easy to name. As a primary care provider, I watched patients suffer from untreated mental health conditions that were driving everything else. That realization brought me to psychiatry.

“One of the most courageous steps we can take is opening up about what we're experiencing internally."

How Therapy works

Start with your story.

We begin by understanding what brought you here, what feels hardest right now, and what support would be most meaningful.

  • Share what you've been experiencing

  • Clarify what you've already tried

  • Identify what you're hoping to change

Build the right plan.

Together we explore what's driving your symptoms — biologically, emotionally, and contextually — and develop a treatment plan that fits your life.

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

  • Understand what's keeping you stuck

  • Discuss medication, lifestyle, or both

Stay supported.

Healing takes time. Regular follow-up visits allow us to track your progress, adjust your care, and make sure treatment is working the way it should.

  • Monitor how you're responding to treatment

  • Adjust medication or approach as needed

  • Build steadier ways to move through daily life

Questions?

Whether you're new to psychiatric care or have been navigating it for years, you may have questions. Here are some common ones.

Are you currently accepting new patients?

Yes. I am currently accepting new patients in both Delaware, Pennsylvania and Washington State. In-person and telehealth appointments are available in Delaware. Telehealth only in Pennsylvania & Washington State.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I accept several major insurance plans in Delaware, Pennslyvania and Washington State. Private pay is also available — $300 for a new patient intake and $275 for follow-up visits. Contact us to verify your specific plan.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric intake where we talk through your symptoms, history, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to change. It's a conversation, not a checklist. By the end you'll have a clear plan of next steps.

Do you offer faith-based care?

Yes. For patients who desire it, I offer Christ-centered, faith-integrated psychiatric care that incorporates Christian values alongside evidence-based treatment. This is always patient-led and never imposed. All patients are welcomed regardless of belief or background.
